Return Goods

Returns Policy

We try to make sure everything we sell will make you happy but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may exchange or refund your goods within 10 days of receipt.

The goods must be returned to us in the same condition as supplied to you, in original packaging with completed return documents enclosed. We recommend you use registered post as the item is your responsibility until it reaches us.

Unfortunately delivery charges are non refundable so you will be refunded the full value of the items returned, less the delivery charge.

We will process a refund within 3 days of receiving your parcel and e-mail to let you know we have received your item(s) and processed a refund. In the unlikely event that you do not receive this e-mail within 10 days of sending your parcel please contact customer care (link) and we will look into it.  After you have received your e-mail please allow another 5-10 working days for the refund to be credited to your account.

If you request a replacement item we will process within 3 days of receiving your parcel.  If we can’t send your requested replacement item we will refund you instead and e-mail you to keep you informed.

*Note – when trying on items of clothing please ensure that you are no wearing perfume/deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item.  We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed.

Exclusions

Except in relation of goods that are faulty or incorrectly supplied, customised/personalised items may not be returned except pursuant to your statutory rights.
